Saturday, April 10th

VFW Post 8169 will be holding its 2nd Annual Poker Run to benefit local area Combat Veterans and their families. 100% of all money raised will go directly to the myriad of programs we manage that assists veterans, their families, widows and orphans in our community.

The Post is located 2 miles East of Scottsville on Route 6 in Fluvanna County.

Registration starts at 8:30 am. Cost will be $20.00 per rider, which includes a free meal. The ride will be approximately 100 miles.

Saturday, May 22nd

The Annual Robbie Green Charity Ride. Registration is between 9:30am - 11am. The ride starts at The River City Diner, 11430 West Huguenot Rd., Midlothian, VA 23113

Poker Run!!!! Registration Begins at 9:00 am - Last bike out by 11:30

Event begins at The Shoppes at Bellgrade at the corner of Huguenot and Robious Road in the parking lot adjacent to River City Diner (11430 West Huguenot Rd / Midlothian, VA), click here for map.

Entry fee is $10.00 per player for a 5-card hand, and $15.00 for a 7-card hand. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the ride around 2:30 pm. Maps, directions and instructions will be distributed at registration the day of the ride.

May 23rd

Blue Ridge Parkway to Peaks of Otter

Wayne will be leading the ride, which will be the same one that was intended for last year. It rain, so let's hope it's clear this year.

The ride will leave from the McDonald's on Patterson Ave., three miles West of Parham Rd. Click here for a map.
